Archway Charity Shop Manager

We are looking for 2 part-time Shop Managers working on a job share basis (17.5 hours each per week)

We are about to open our first Charity Shop in Aberdeen and are looking for 2 dynamic, enthusiastic Shop Managers to manage and run the shop and lead a team of volunteers.

Responsibilities include taking day to day responsibility for the management and running of the shop, administration and finance, maintaining effective stock management and display, optimising sales and supervising and training volunteers.

It is anticipated that the shop will be open 9.30am–4.30pm Monday – Saturday.

Care Staff – Full and Part Time posts available

Within a safe and caring environment you will be supporting children and adults with learning disabilities in all aspects of their daily life.

All full and part time posts are worked on a rota basis along with a requirement to cover weekend shifts and sleepovers.

Salary Scale – £17,176 – £18,947 pro rata, dependent on qualifications.
